Shipping policy

Orders over $250 ship free via ground shipping. Some exclusions apply.

For Next Day and 2Day expedited orders, place your order before 9:30am EST to ship same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

FedEx 2Day delivers on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed Thursday or Friday will most likely arrive the following Monday. FedEx Express does not ship to PO boxes.

Standard orders placed before 9:30am EST typically ship within 2 to 5 business days via DHL, FedEx, or USPS. Transit times vary by location and range from 1 to 6 business days. Expect longer transit times during the holiday season. All orders ship from Sparta, Michigan, United States.

Once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee changes or adjustments, but we'll do our best to help. The shipping window shown at checkout only applies once your carrier has scanned the package, and does not include our processing and fulfillment time.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, wait one additional business day before contacting the carrier.

For international orders, 2K Jigs is not responsible for taxes, duties, or customs fees. Please factor those costs separately when placing your order.
