2K Dock Star

Dock fishing with an Urchin bait produces some of the biggest wins in bass fishing today — but skipping that much bait under a dock or laydown has always come with a tradeoff. The Urchin's thick tentacles and dense core soak up water on the cast, killing your distance and control right when accuracy matters most.

The 2K Dock Star fixes that. Built on a 6/0 extra wide gap hook, it takes the Dock Monkey — 2K's best skipping head on the water — and mounts it in reverse at the back of the hook. That rear-weighted design lets the rig glide through the air with almost zero resistance, so it turns cleaner and skips farther, even with a full-cast Urchin bait loaded on. A reinforced wire keeper locks in Urchin baits from 19mm to 32mm, so the fit stays tight cast after cast.
